  I cannot comment on service but I can say that Orlando seems to know more about the various quartz companies than anyone else I spoke to in Ottawa. For example, he told me that some Hanstone colours are made overseas. Every other quartz place in Ottawa told me they were made in Canada. Hanstone themselves confirmed that their Calacatta Extra is part of their import collection (displayed right on their website - so kudos for their transparency) and is made in Vietnam. I have not chosen a company yet but Orlando definitely knows his quartz and stone.

  We had our kitchen counters, coffee bar and stone backsplash done by stonesense. Kim was extremely helpful, prompt replies and attention to detail. She was able to explain the process thoroughly and there were no surprises. Our materials and install were super quick and done with care by the excellent install team.
